1. Services

View Window Cleaner provides residential and commercial window cleaning, screen cleaning, pressure washing, glass door and shower enclosure cleaning, and related services throughout the Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland metro area. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Pricing is provided via free quote and confirmed before work begins.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided via our website, phone, or email are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted upon arrival if the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described. We will communicate any pricing changes before beginning work. We do not begin work without the client’s confirmation.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a streak-free guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any issues at no additional charge. The guarantee applies to the original service scope and does not cover conditions that develop after our departure.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned, notifying us of any fragile or special-care items near work areas, ensuring pets are secured away from work areas during service, and ensuring the service address is accessible at the scheduled time.

6. Liability

View Window Cleaner is fully insured and will address any property damage caused by our negligence. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage resulting from fragile or improperly installed items, conditions not disclosed before service, or damage to items left in unsafe proximity to work areas. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial contracts, payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a service charge.
